Who Should Lose Weight?

People with "apple" shaped body: if your waist is gaining weight, you may have a higher risk of heart disease, diabetes, or cancer than people of the same weight who have a "pear" shape.

 

Why losing weight is so important?

If you are overweight, just try to lose five to 10 percent of your weight and keep it off decreases your risk for developing most of the above-mentioned diseases.
