How Does Water Helps to Lose Weight?

It does or not. You may be thinking that I am fool talking about the water to lose weight which is available to every one with no cost at all. The water a natural thing could effect in both ways it could help you lose weight and also could cause you gain a lot of weight. Water especially effects when you drink it while you are having meal. It is very important for your weight loss program when you drink water during your meal. People like medical experts and medicne distributors are talking that eat not or eat specific food. That is also a good practice to lose weight. As for the water is concerned doctors say it is helpful for health too if you drink it on specific intervals while having meal. 
Here it is what I want to tell you. If you want to remain slim and attain bikini like body. Drink half an hour before starting your meal and try your best not to drink water or anyother type of drink during meal stop your self drinking for half an hour after the meal. If you can't control yourself from drinking water or other drinks during meal because sometimes meal is too dry and it becomes very difficult to swallow. So only take a sip for swallowing or for your personal satisfaction not more than that. This practice of water just help you not to gain any weight it does'nt reduces your weight. People who are intrested in losing abs this is very helpful for your abs. This water drinking practice which I have mention does not let your abs grow. Just do this easy practice and see how effective it is.best of luck.
